COVID-19 Vaccination Drive Announced by Union Health Ministry Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan on Thursday (January 21) launched IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) posters to educate people on vaccine hesitancy, a problem among some sections of the population, to address the issue of vaccine hesitancy. In speaking about vaccine safety and efficacy, he says, "What is paradoxical is that countries around the world request that we allow them access to vaccines, while sections within our own nation spread misinformation and doubt in order to advance narrow political ambitions."
